Les tumeurs osseuses à cellules géantes sont relativement rares, le plus souvent bénignes, caractérisées par leur agressivité locale. Nous\ud rapportons deux cas de tumeur osseuse à cellules géantes rachidienne, un chez une femme de 51 ans et l’autre chez un adolescent de 14 dans\ud un tableau de douleurs rachidiennes et de compression médullaire. L’examen scanographique/remnographique lombaire a montré un processus\ud ostéolytique soufflant la corticale du corps et de l’arc postérieur de L5 dans le premier cas, un comblement du canal de conjugaison et un processus\ud vertébrocanalaire de D6–D7 avec compression médullaire dans le second.
