SCORP 2014 South Carolina State Comprehensive Outdoor Recreation Plan

This is South Carolina’s official outdoor recreation plan and serves as a guide to various Federal, State and local governmental agencies and the private sector entities involved in recreation and natural resources planning and development. The purpose of the Plan is to consider outdoor recreation issues relating to the needs of both residents and visitors to South Carolina, examine the State's recreational resources, analyze demand for recreational opportunities, develop an implementation program to address the identified needs and issues, identify funding opportunities, and identify issues of national importance
