Das Design von innovativen neuen Materialien ist von großem Interesse in verschiedensten Forschungsgebieten, wie z.B. Bionanotechnologie, Halbleiterindustrie und Materialwissenschaften im Allgemeinen. In dieser Arbeit werden Selbstorganisationsprozesse zur Erzeugung von geordneten mikro- und nanoskopischen Strukturen auf Oberflächen untersucht.
