The enhancement of technology and competition has brought changes in all sectors, especially made changes in grocery stores. The most important concern of the organisations is to obtain the customer satisfaction as well as profit. Hence, some organisation applied different motivational forces to obtain this. Meanwhile, those organisations attempt to focus on employee performance. The primary aim of the research is to assess the drivers of motivation and the impact of motivation on employees' performance.
