Findings from CRCLCL project, Lower income barriers to low carbon living, show that the lack of trust and opportunities present as major barriers to disadvantaged households taking up energy efficiency measures and technology. This presentation highlights some of the ways to overcoming these barriers through better provision of information and programs for introducing energy efficient technologies
