This research aimed to enhance understanding of Australia’s affordable housing industry and what capacity constraints might limit its ability to substantially expand its role in: Generating affordable housing supply and product diversity. Effecting stock modernisation and neighbourhood renewal in former public housing areas transferred to new landlords.
