Add to ORKGElőadásomban a Thukydidés antik életrajzi hagyományának nevezett heterogén szövegcsoportot vizsgálom. Az idetartozó önálló művek, lexikon szócikkek, elszórt utalások stílusa, nyelvezete, hitelessége, terjedelme különbözik. Az egyes szövegek keletkezési ideje szintén nagy változatosságot mutat, a Kr. e. V. századtól a Kr. u. XVI. századig terjed. Többségük szerzője ismeretlen. Az egység hiánya olykor még egy művön belül is szembetűnő.
