Objective: give a type of physical exercise that increases the sensitivity to insulin and improves the following parameters: Glycated Hemoglobin (HbA1c), Body Mass Index (BMI), Maximum Ozygen Consumption (VO2max) and Body weight. Methods: a group of type 2 diabetes patients (6 males and 5 females) in care at INRCA-IRCCS Hospital of Ancona - U.O.C.
