This chapter analyses different aspects of female experience in family businesses (FBs) centred on the daughters’ role and position, in order to understand how they live their experience in the FB, why they decide to enter the FB, what their personal and professional goals and ambitions are, what the training paths they follow are, what role they play and how they are satisfied/dissatisfied about their role in the FB.
