Modern organizations have variegated cultural backgrounds working together as employees. This variety in cultural background or cultural diversity creates the challenging quagmire for management as to which appropriate managerial technique to be used when managing cultural diverse workforce. This study investigated how cultural diversity is managed in federal broadcasting institutions in the South East Nigeria.
