IMPLEMENTASI PROGRAM KAMPUNG KELUARGA BERENCANA DI DUSUN AMBENG-AMBENG DESA NGINGAS KECAMATAN WARU KABUPATEN SIDOARJO

This research is based on the launching of the Family Planning in Ambeng - Ambeng Hamlet, Ngingas Village. The purpose of this research is to describe and analyze the implementation of the Family Planning Program in Ambeng - Ambeng Hamlet, Ngingas Village, District Waru, Sidoarjo.14 The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The data used are primary and secondary data, where the data sources obtained from informants were selected based on purposive sampling. The data collection techniques using the method of observation, documentation, and interviews then was analyzed the data reduction, data presentation, and concludes data with a focus on using the theory of Van Meter and Van Horn on the Implementation of Public Policies. The results of this research indicate that generally, the implementation of family planning program in Ambeng - Ambeng Hamlet have been going well. Only there is one activity that has not been done, the Youth Counseling Center (PIK) Youth. The general objective of this program is still in the process of achieving the program due to family planning program in the ambeng-ambeng hamlet started in January 2016. The resources, the quality of interorganizational relations, and the characteristics of the organization has supported the implementation of family planning programs in the Ambeng-Ambeng Hamlet. The social environment in Ambeng-Ambeng Hamlet generally supporting the family planning program. Economic environment Dusun-ambeng ambeng strongly supports the public to participate in this program. On the other hand, there is no political activity becomes political environment in the implementation of family planning program in Ambeng - Ambeng Hamlet.
