Since the discovery of high temperature superconductivity in bidimensional oxides, many works have reported on the complex behavior of the non-superconductor state, the so-called "normal state", particularly about correlations between phase separation, magnetic fluctuations and electrical properties. The aim of the present thesis is to shed some light on the points through the study of La2NiO4+δ, isomorphous to La2CuO4+δ but never superconductor. La2NiO4+δ displays a large domain of oxygen non-stoechiometry. Investigation of its phase diagram has shown phase separation lines around 650 K and has evidenced macroscopic phase separation domains, connected with electronic phenomena.
