Cancer or malignant tumor is a disease with a high percentage of death caused by uncontrolled growth of tumor cells. In this research, tumor cell growth was modeled in order to know the effect of the existence of a combination of chemotherapy, gene therapy, and monoklonal antibodi to the dynamics of tumor cell growth. The mathematical model reviewed is the development of the Kirshner-Panetta model involving the effects of chemotherapy, gene therapy, and monoclonal antibodies. The numerical simulation shows that there is only one equilibrium solution, a stable asymptotic global tumor-free equilibrium solution.
