Le syndicalisme face à l'entreprise industrielle

Philippe Zarifian * Unions vs industrial firm. The intervention of unions in industrial policy is analysed through their action in the firm. According to the author, this level of analysis is practically imposed by the situation, as unions do not have access to sectorial négociations in the industrial field. Furthermore, their intervention is limited to cases of ailing businesses, which in itself is a distorting factor. More generally, the firm is becoming the privileged location of négociations and this atomization of action is likely to hinder its bearing on industry.L'intervention des syndicats dans la politique industrielle est traitée à travers leur action dans l'entreprise. Selon l'auteur ce niveau d'analyse est pratiquement imposé par la situation, les syndicats n'ayant pas accès à la négociation de branche dans le domaine industriel. Leur intervention se trouve d'autre part limitée au cas des entreprises en difficulté, ce qui par là même la déforme. D'une manière générale l'entreprise devient le lieu privilégié des négociations et cette atomisation de l'action risque d'en obérer la portée industrielle.Zarifian Philippe.
