Le réaménagement des espaces industriels d'Ivry et de Vitry

The new planning of Ivry and Vitry's industrial areas. Ivry and Vitry are two districts near Paris which were oldly industrialized. They knew the policy of decentralization, then the economic crisis. Their industrial estates, in the front of the Seine, are to-day subjected to an uncontrolled evolution, although the towns want to keep their traditional functions for the preservation of job-ratio. Several types of ponctual realizations has been tried. Planning of the Seine banks and construction of dwellings should be the opportunities for imagining a real policy of planning about these two districts.Ivry et Vitry sont deux communes de la proche banlieue parisienne fortement industrialisées dès la fin du siècle dernier. Aujourd'hui, elles ont été victimes de la décentralisation industrielle, puis de la crise économique. Leurs zones industrielles des bords de Seine sont caractérisées par l'anarchie de leur évolution, bien que les municipalités tiennent à conserver leur fonction traditionnelle pour permettre le maintien de l'emploi. On y essaie donc diverses formules ponctuelles et sans plan d'ensemble. Il faudrait profiter de l'aménagement des berges de la Seine et de l'apport nécessaire de logements pour concevoir enfin une politique d'aménagement coordonnée sur ces deux communes.Steinberg Jean.
