In 1 967, during the États généraux du Canada français, Québécois and Franco-Canadian met for the last time as French Canadian. The dissapearance of French Canada is a perequisite to the construction of a Bilingual Modern Canada, as well as to a Francophnone Modern Quebec. Those two processes form two cultural geopolitic strategies based on two different visions of the country. Our goal is to know better this event and, from which those two geopolitics would cross and clash.
