Our research is focused on curriculum integration of contemporary technoscience that raise debates in society. In this study, science teachers' knowledge and intentions to integrate nanoscience and nanotechnologies into curriculum have been explored. Empirical data is composed by questionnaires. Categories were elaborated by an iterative coding process. Results showed that teachers tend to favor contents in relation to traditionnal scientific subject matters.
