Out of the conception of biographical time as developped by A. L. Strauss and G. H. Mead’s philosophy of time, three levels for organizing the time of biographical experiences come to light. First of all, any retrospective reconstruction of a biographical experience involves examining how time’s irreversibility is linked to the partly indeterminate nature of the past. Next, this biographical time, reconstructed afterwards through interactions with others, mainly takes shape aroud significant events, which usually form a private calendar.
