Geodynamical features of eolian transport on satellite and aerial imagery and field control reveal synoptic scale eolian sedimentation systems ordered by topography. In these systems, interdependent ergs are -in the wind direction -deposed in preferential areas upwind of the obstacle and leeward of shadow areas. Sandseas surface patterns are function of the sediment budget according to the ratio import-export and the availabt quantity of sand.
