This study was conducted to assess three extraction methods for the determination of fatty acid compositions and carotenoids (lutein, zeaxanthin, ß-carotene, and a-carotene) from marine microalgae, Nannochloropsis oculata (NO) and Chaetoceros gracilis (CG).
