Comparison of Electoral Systems: Russia and Ukraine

The bachelor thesis "Comparison of Electoral systems: Russia and Ukraine" deals with development of electoral systém after the fall of Communist régime and evaluation of it's effect on party systém. Both countries are labelled as illiberal democracy. In this thesis I-m trying to answer the question, if the change of electoral systém into proportional one helped to greater democracy. It describs running of individual parliamentary elections and their effect on party formation. Moreover detailed description of mixed and proportional electoral systems is not neglected
