Phylogenetic analysis of DkNAC7 and NAC members from persimmon and <i>Arabidopsis</i>.

<p>Persimmon <i>DkNAC</i> is highlighted in red (<i>DkNAC7</i>, newly isolated) and blue (previously reported). The amino acid sequences of NAC transcription factors were obtained from the <i>Arabidopsis</i> Information Resource or National Center for Biotechnology Information, and their accession numbers are included in the diagram. The phylogenetic tree was constructed with Figtree (v 1.3.1).
