The first project on our 2018 roadmap is around sharing information - establishing new and enhanced ways for researchers to share funding information. One way we hope to achieve this is by enabling ORCID users to proactively grant permission to some or all ORCID members to update their record. Our new Permissions Pre-Authorization Technical Working Group will help us assess the options and recommend a solution
