<p>Governance acquired an enormous importance in the current globalized world by becoming an instrument used to elaborate uniform practices that guarantee greater participation, efficiency, transparency and legitimacy, implying an increase of democracy in the state solutions of conflicts in search with a view to the peace. In this sense, it seeks to delimit the application of the concept of governance as an expression of good public administration, including through a greater involvement of citizens, in casu, in the process of integration of the European Union.
