Family was and remain the natural and basic element of the society. State protects the family that is the swing of children education and multilateral development of each personality. Any person which reached the matrimonial age can free enter into marriage and form a family. At the same time, any person can request the divorce when the cohabitation in his family is impossible. Taking into account the importance of family, the liability of its members, to each other, and the effects, most often negative, on the spouses and childrens, the legislator strictly regulate the marriage dissolution order. The methods of marriage dissolution are provided in the Family Code, Law on civil status acts and Civil Procedural Code. The analyze of legal provisions, in order to strictly respect them, as well the exposure of some opinions regarding divorce and taking measures in order to prevent the divorce and strengthen the family, were the basis of this article
