The Economic-Managerial Substantiation of Quality through the Prism of the Philosophical-Legal Aspects

The article is aimed at studying the theoretical foundations of origin and use of the concept of «quality» in the economic environment. The evolution of the concept of «quality» was researched, as a result it was found that the term «quality» has both objective (measurable and computational) and subjective (measurable only individually) characteristics. Systematization in relation to the concept of «quality» is carried out both at the macro level – through development of the whole of normative-legal acts, and at the micro level – when the enterprises choose their own management strategies. The assessment of the legal interpretation of the category of «quality» in the article allowed to assert that the key is the Law of Ukraine «On protection of consumer rights», but in their activity domestic enterprises in parallel apply the standards of DSTU ISO of the Series 9000, the use of which is a kind of evidence of the reliability of a business partner.
