Basic Differences and Shared Human Rights

While human beings are of unity as human beings, they live in some sort of plurality (in terms of their believes, interests, races, languages, etc) both being inevitable realities. Do human beings have shared rights to be called Human Rights despite of all the differences they have? Is Human Rights compatible with plural views and characters in human societies? On the other hand, mystical and religious attitudes have always divided human beings into different groups seeming, at first glance, not to have shared rights Accepting each of these attitudes, how can one believe in “fundamental Human Rights”? In this article in order to respond to these questions, the view points of two influential figures from the East and the West will be reviewed: Mulavi and Nietzsche. انسان‌ها در عین وحدت در بشر بودن، در نوعی کثرت (در عقاید، علایق، نژاد، زبان‌ و ...) به سر می‌برند که البته گریزی از پذیرش این هر دو واقعیت نیست. اما امروزه نزاع میان وحدت و کثرت، در صورتی تازه، جامعة انسانی را به خود مشغول ساخته است: آیا انسان‌ها با وجود تمام تفاوت‌هایی که با یکدیگر دارند، از حقوق واحدی برخوردارند؛ حقوقی که بتوانیم آنها را «حقوق بشر» بنامیم و همه ملزم به رعایت آن باشند؟ آیا «حقوق بشر» با کثرت نگرش‌ها و منش‌های جوامع انسانی سازگار است؟ در همین راستا، مسئله‌ای دیگر رخ می‌نماید: نگرش‌های مذهبی و عرفانی همواره انسان‌ها را به چند گروه تقسیم می‌کنند و برداشت ابتدایی آن است که این گروه‌ها از حقوق واحد و یکسانی برخوردار نیستند. با پذیرش چنان نگرش‌هایی، باور به «حقوق یکسان و اساسی بشر» چه سرنوشتی می‌یابد؟ برای پاسخ‌گویی به این پرسش‌ها، در این مقاله، نگاه دو چهرة سرشناس و تأثیرگذار شرق و غرب به این موضوع کاویده می‌شود: مولوی و نیچه
