Power of judged work of the transaction. The transaction is an contract with a double juridical nature: material-juridical and procesual-juridical. As an civil contract (article 1331 of the Civil Code) the transaction is concluded to prevent the process that can start, to fi nish an started process or to solve the diffi culties that can appear when the judge’s decision is executed. As special procedure law, the transaction can be concluded in any moment of the civil process (within the substantive examination, appeal and recourse of the civil case), and if it is confi rmed by the court this one can replace the court decision.
