Recent studies have pointed to the fact that the non-financial indicators have become extremely important compared to the financial ones, consequenlty analyzing a company implies putting together a series of informations regarding the organizational climate. Therefore, analyzing the culture has a certain meaning because it shapes the environment where the activity takes place, but also some elements referring to the degrees of satisfaction or insatisfaction among the employees.
