Introduction: Arthrogryposis multiplex comprises a complex group of pathologies that cause decreased joint mobility. Its treatment is focused on improving mobility through physical rehabilitation and surgery in some cases. Objective: To depict upper limb deformities caused by arthrogryposis, as well as the types of treatment and results. Materials and methods: 27 cases (19 operated) were considered for this study, and were grouped according to distal involvement in fingers or wrist or proximal involvement in elbow and shoulder.
