Objective: To investigate the effects of minimally invasive evacuation of intracranial hematoma on serum SP, SF, vascular endothelial function and inflammatory factors of patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage. Methods: According to random data table method, a total of 120 patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage from September 2016 to May 2017 were divided into observation group and the control group, 60 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional treatment; on the basis of conventional treatment, the observation group underwent minimally invasive evacuation of intracranial hematoma.
