THE DEMOGRAPHIC FACTOR IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF SOCIETY: THE IDEAS AND ASSESSMENTS

The article examines the historical and modern ideas of well-known thinkers about interconnection of development of society and his population from positions of demographic determinism. The problem is the need to study and interpret the relationship of socio-economic development of society and its population that is updated worsening demographic problems in today's globalized world.
