Derecho a la Comunicación y a Comunicar Informar, educar y entretener de manera sana

The objective of this analysis is to illustrate the application of CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHT TO COMMUNICATION, and the practice of COMMUNICATION in the mainstream media, who have monopolized these civil rights to manipulate and ideologize the "information" they publish, guarding interests distinct from those rights expressed by Habermas (1999). Discussions about the implementation of these rights conclude by warning of the danger that this type of information constitutes.This is because the consumption of these message, generally based on empirical judgments (which distort and endanger professional journalism) can overlook or undermine national cultural and educational identity and serve to subtly mold a society which is barren, unwelcoming, docile, consumed by negative values such as selfishness and racism. This numbs and subjugates populations to accept things or to react to acts of corruption, injustice and lawlessness, according to the degree of influence and control that is exerted over public opinion. This work is based on the observation and monitoring of news produced by mainstream media, owned or linked to corporations, that to keep growing partially skew how content is diffused, minimize the irreversible psychological and educational damage which that causes to their audience and prioritize issues to ensure high ratings synonymous with profits while they ignore the existence of the unused Law of Communication
