The objective of this analysis is to illustrate the application of CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHT TO COMMUNICATION, and the practice of COMMUNICATION in the mainstream media, who have monopolized these civil rights to manipulate and ideologize the "information" they publish, guarding interests distinct from those rights expressed by Habermas (1999).
