Background: Today cardiovascular diseases are the main cause of death in the known world. This study aimed to compare the lifestyle, quality of life, psychological resilience among healthy individuals and patients with cardiovascular disease. Materials and Methods: The method of present study is causal-comparative. The study population consists of all patients with cardiovascular diseases in Madani Hospital of Khorramabad. The 196 patients with heart disease- Coronary were selected by available sampling and they were compared with 196 matched healthy subjects.
