Post-Pneumonectomy ARDS and Ogilvie Syndrome – A Case Report

Introduction: The Acute Respiratory Distress Syndrome (ARDS) is a severe hypoxemic acute lung injury that may com­plicate lung resections. Reported mortality is very high, up to 50%.
