WITHDRAWAL FROM THE EUROPEAN UNION ACCORDING TO ART. 50 OF THE TREATY OF LISBON. PRACTICAL APPLICATION – BREXIT

Lisbon Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union regulates Article 50 posbilitatea Member States to withdraw voluntarily respecting national constitutional provisions2 .
