The prevalence of Peyronie's disease is about 10% of the male population of 100 thousand. Since, according to the polls 77% of men suffering from this disease, the deterioration of the quality of life in general, which is connected not only with the existing deviation of the penis, causing an aesthetic dissatisfaction and technical difficulties during coitus, but also the associated erectile dysfunction, according to a 25% -80% of cases. The object of the study were 24 patients with Peyronie's disease. The patients were divided into 2 groups according to the degree painful erections.
