Orientation of political activity as a system quality of the second order in political culture of cadets from higher military establishments

<p><em>The article sets out to establish structural elements of political culture of a personality. It analyses approaches and terms of the concept of “political culture”, “orientation of political behavior” of cadets studying at higher military establishments.
