The level of the proliferative activity is an important predictor of a number of oncologic diseases; at the same time, its diagnostic value for mycosis fungoides was not adequately investigated. Goal. To study the proliferative activity of lymphocytes in the skin of patients suffering form mycosis fungoides and plaque parapsoriasis. Materials and methods. The level of CD3+ and Ki-67+ cells was determined in skin biopsy samples taken from patients suffering from mycosis fungoides (18 subjects) and plaque parapsoriasis (6 subjects) by means of immunohistochemistry.
