Restless Leg Syndrome and Its Relationship with Parkinson’s Disease

OBJECTIVE: Restless legs syndrome (RLS) and Parkinson’s disease (PD) exhibit striking similarities in impairment of central dopaminergic transmission and response to dopamine replacement strategies.
