The paper aims at drawing a sort of possible history of the generational conflict in Italy from the fifties to the sixties of the twentieth century, with the purpose to present some fundamental conceptual instruments and a documentary basis to build on for further in-depth analysis. Specifically, the paper solicits to meditate on the political-ideological dimension of the working and middle class juvenile aggregations, so to reach, through an interpretative grid, a wider view of how styles and behaviour models change in connection with economic-productive contingencies
