Approximately 9500 plant species have been discovered in Turkey which has a rich flora according to other countries as geographically and up to 3000 of these species are endemic species for the country. Some of non-wood forest products which are weighted in the world production also denote endemic species characteristics. The utility from these resources has increasingly been continuing. As known, the production is realised according to intemal and external demands. Because the production potential is very high for home consumption.
