In this study, a novel tetrapeptide hydrophilic interaction chromatography (HILIC) material was synthesized, and corresponding enrichment method for glycopeptides was developed. The tetrapeptide modified silica gel materials (denoted as Poly. DAPD) were synthesized by atom. transfer radical. polymerization (ATRP) and characterized by N-2 adsorption desorption and thermometer, thermal gravimetric analyzer (TGA) and X. ray photoelectron spectrometer (XPS).
