Concerns of future fuel crisis and increasing greenhouse gases causes study on clean energy production. In this study production hydrogen as a source of clean energy source from anaerobic digestion which does not require any external fuel is explained. Siegrist model with continuous stirred tank reactor at different HRTs, different flow rates and changing pH is used for modeling and simulation of experiments, which are performed using sucrose and glucose 6% each as substrates.
