The purpose of this thesis is the study of the liquid argon purity by neutron radiation of materials constituting the electromagnetic calorimeter of the ATLAS detector. The work was accomplished within neutron radiation station at the Système d'accélérateurs Rhônes-Alpes (SARA) to study under neutron radiation the behavior of the electronic and mechanic components that will be used in the construction of the LHC and its detectors. This study was done from 1995 to 1998 has helped to select the materials less polluting to reduce the attenuation of the electromagnetic calorimeter signal during ten years of its operation.
