The works presented concern the research, the analysis and the implementation of numerical methods for the simulation of propagation and scattering phenomena of acoustic, electromagnetic and elastic waves.The first part focuses on the research of efficient methods for the simulation of transient wave propagation phenomena, in particular a discontinuous Galerkin method based on spectral elements and a mixed formulation for electromagnetism problems is proposed. This scheme is clearly non-standard and produces high-accurate numerical solutions for a reduced cost compared to a classical approach.Results obtained on the determining of the effect of a hydrofracture network on elastic propagation are also presented.The second part focuses on th...
