A chemical process is characterized by transformati on phenomena biochemical, thermodynamic and hydraulic. This kind of process is polluting and with risk. For their control, analysis and fault detection and isolation (FDI) system design, accurate and unified language models are needed. The aim of the Ph.D thesis is to develop a generic approach using bond graph tool for modelling of chemical reactors to improve supervision design of chemical processes. In this area, several research works have been developed and validated by industrial applications and software tools for models and FDI algorithms generation.
