Çalışmamızda uluslararası kılavuz olan, DSM-IV tanı kriterleri temel alınarak deliryum tarama testleri olarak kabul edilen CAM-ICU ve NEECHAM konfüzyon ölçeklerinin anestezi yoğun bakım ünitesinde entübe olmayan hastalarda kapsamlı karşılaştırılması amaçlandı. Pamukkale Üniversite Hastanesi Anestezi Yoğun Bakım 1 ve 2 ünitesine kabul edilen, 24 saatten uzun süre kalan, entübe olmayan, komada olmayan, 18 yaşın üzerindeki, Richmond sedasyon-ajitasyon skalası (RASS) ? -3, Glaskow koma skoru 10 dan büyük olan 155 erişkin hasta çalışmaya dahil edildi.
