Technological innovations in DNA sequencing during past decade facilitate detailed insight in wide spectrum of whole genome processes. These novel sequencing technologies are plainfully used in biomedical research. Nevertheless, they seems to be very efficient tool for the research of various questions associated with biology of non-model organisms as well. This course is intended for scientist and students that would like to use these genetic methods in research of free-living nomodel organisms.
