$393,711 Funding for AR Activities Fiscal Year 2017Funding to local health departments:$393,711 - RAPID DETECTION & RESPONSE to emerging drug-resistant germs is critical to contain the spread of these infections. With 2016 funding, Puerto Rico\u2019s HAI/AR program improved the efficiency of case reporting in 92% of hospitals by assessing needs and providing strategies that strengthened their ability to identify and control HAI/AR threats.
